You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.


 

How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return, all you need to do is send a single email with the required details.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include the following three pieces of information:

    • Your Phone Number

    • Your Order ID (e.g., #YM1234)

Once we receive your email, our Admin Team will review the order details and the eligibility of your item.


 

The Resolution Process

 

  1. Review and Confirmation: Our team will review your request to ensure the item is eligible for a return (e.g., within the 30-day window and in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact).

  2. Next Steps: If your order is eligible for a return/refund, a member of our Admin Team will personally reach out to you via email or phone within 2-3 business days to provide you with the necessary instructions, including a return shipping label (if applicable) and address.

  3. Resolution: We will work with you to sort out the matter promptly, whether that means processing a full refund, facilitating an exchange, or offering store credit.


 

Important Notes on Eligibility

 

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certification paperwork (if any).

  • Final Sale Items: Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom engravings, special designs) are typically final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
